The BullWheel, Version 3.0

Posted On: July 30, 2019 |
After experiencing devastating water damage in March 2019, The BullWheel Gastro Family Pub has undergone extensive renovations to be ready for all of our guests come Winter 2019/2020. Owner John Mooney gives us the lowdown:

"In March 2019 an act of 'god' created havoc at The BullWheel - it was a sad day! We had to close the restaurant for the remainder of the season. There was extensive water damage in the restaurant, kitchen and bathrooms. Morale was at an all time low.

But never fear, Mooney is here. The BullWheel is coming back bigger and better than ever before. A fully revamped kitchen is under construction. Our team will be able to create all your favourite meals faster than ever before, with the addition of new and exciting dishes. We’ve expanded the kitchen to include new prep areas and big shiny machines (meaning more home cooked food for you).

Chef Jeremy Keogh has been in a 'test' kitchen challenging himself to ensure culinary delights for the winter 2019/20. You will have to slide on in! We promise there is something for everybody.

With every good make over there has to be some change; with a little nip here and a little tuck there our bar is also undergoing a facelift. Watch this space for our new cocktail list (don’t worry our signature Espresso Martini is going nowhere!). For our wine connoisseurs we will be featuring a West Coast focused wine list with never seen before treasures.

One thing will remain the same: Good Food, Good People, Good Times!"
