We are calling all visiting racers , we have organized these five (5)day camps for you to enhance your Southern Hemisphere race training and gain more experience and skills in SL and GS disciplines.

Race Training is an exciting way to introduce skiers to racing techniques. Participants cover a range of activities with experienced coaches including practice through a race course, mental preparation hints, technical drills, start training, finish line crossing tips, and explanations of basic race rules. The race training program is designed for intermediate to expert skiers (minimum age eight years).

Race training Camp is for five (5) hours per day, groups have a maximum of five (5) racers . To maximize your experience please remember that each group needs to be roughly the same ability level.

Ability Levels - Skiers must be competent on Green to Blue runs, skiing parallel.

Join our Ski/Coach Pros over five (5) consecutive days . Enjoy the continuity of having the same coach . The program design is to build your confidence in training gates and free skiing ; we focus:

• Building your trust on all terrain based on your skill level
• Learn to make your equipment do the work, not your muscles
• Improving your confidence, improving your skills, focus on your line in and out of courses
• Developing the feeling of good balance and how to use the terrain to have fun

Details:

• You are with your coach Monday to Friday , 9:30am to 12:00pm , lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (lunch not included), and 1:00pm to 3:30pm for five (5) hours coaching daily.
• There is a maximum of five (5) people per class , a minimum of two (2) participants in the class to operate
• The minimum age is eight (8) years up to fourteen (14) years , and previous race training is an asset.
• Candidates should be competent on green to blue runs, skiing parallel.
