New for 2024/2025, The Woods is unveiling a refreshed menu curated by Executive Chef Boddie Macklin-Shaw, featuring bold, seasonal flavours and reimagined winter classics. Highlights include the Salmon Caesar Salad, with hot-smoked Kuterra salmon and crispy anchovies, and the Brûléed Brie, made with locally sourced Qualicum Brie for a rich, indulgent experience.
