Mainly cloudy conditions with isolated flurries this afternoon, then periods of snow beginning overnight tonight. Total snowfall amounts up to 3-6 cm may be possible by tomorrow morning. Light to moderate ridge winds are also expected today/tonight. Freezing levels up to 500-1000 m today, then falling to valley bottom tonight.

Synopsis

A Pacific low is expected to bring isolated flurries this afternoon, then periods of snow overnight tonight/tomorrow. A weak impulse is then expected to bring scattered flurries on Wednesday. Light to moderate ridge winds are expected today/tonight, becoming moderate to strong tomorrow, and finally moderate on Wednesday. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 500-1000 m are expected today, then falling to valley bottom overnight tonight through Wednesday.

3 to 5 Day Outlook

A series of impulses are expected to bring more periods of snow on Thursday and scattered flurries on Friday with light to moderate ridge winds on both days. Meanwhile, freezing levels are expected to remain at valley bottom through Friday.
