Pick Up Your Pass
Thank you for purchasing your 2026/2027 Winter Season Pass - we can’t wait to start spinning those lifts for you! In the meantime, we encourage you to upload your pass photo. You can update and upload your season pass photo using the estore (instructions below). Pick up you season pass starting June 1 at our Ambrosi Road Kelowna Office. Joining us for summer? If you have purchased a student pass for yourself or someone in the family and have not submitted your student documentation please email to resortservices@bigwhite.com to make sure your pass is activated for the start of the season.
Season Pass Photo Update Instructions
- Log in to your account on the eStore >>
- Click the “My Account” tab
- Select “My Account”
- Scroll down to “Group Members”
- Click “New Photo” to upload a photo
- Save and repeat for each group member
Big White Ski Resort requires your photos to follow this criteria:
- Clear and Visible
- Eyes open and clearly visible
- No Sunglasses/goggles
- Not Hats, helmets or head coverings (Unless worn daily for religious or medical reasons)
- Uniform lighting and no shadows
Time for a New Pass?
If your season pass card was printed before November 2023 it is time for a free upgrade. New online features are being implemented to enhance your experience at the resort and a new pass is required to use these features. Click here to identify if you have an old pass. If you have an old pass from prior to November 2023 visit the Ticket Office to have a new pass printed.
How to Identify an Old Pass:
- Printed before November 2023
- Pass number on front is missing “BWP” prefix
- No pass number is printed on the front of the card
If you have an old pass you can still reload it online. Once you have reloaded your pass, visit our office anytime to have your new card printed for free*. Avoid the lineups and visit us before opening day. Not sure if you have an old pass? Click here for more info>>.
*A paper release of liability waiver must be signed at the time a pass is printed. All passholder 19 and older must be present to sign the waiver.
Ambrosi Ticket Office
Season passes can be picked up at the Kelowna Ticket Office located at 1894 Ambrosi Road starting June 1. Hours of Operation >>.
If you are 18 and under, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver before any pass can be issued. This signature must be witnessed by a Big White ticket agent.
