On February 25th, Big White’s Executive Chef Boddie Macklin-Shaw partners with the acclaimed Chef Patrick Gayler from Mission Hill Estate Winery for a one-night-only chef collaboration dinner designed to explore alpine cuisine, seasonal ingredients, inspired techniques, and exceptional wine.
This Four-course dining experience has been thoughtfully curated to showcase Mission Hill wines, each pairing selected to complement and elevate every dish. Expect refined flavours, creative execution, and a seamless balance between plate and glass.
