Our full-time Owner Relations team is dedicated to you, our vacation property owner, and is available year round to offer guidance and support for prospective clients, and to counsel owners on how to increase their revenue.

Our team is here to assist you with all aspects of owning and renting your property with Big White Central Reservations, from building the listing on & our new online booking system, to supplying high quality photos of your unit, providing you with monthly rental statements, and ensuring you have access to our exclusive owner portal. You'll have ease of mind knowing that our well-trained and highly qualified team is taking care of your vacation property and if you are looking at improving your property, our team is on-hand to assist you.


Owner Portal

You will receive a private login to our owner web portal where you will be able to see all reservations, paying guests, owner and guest of owner, as well as available space in real time. Simply browse the calendar and make your own personal use reservations 24/7 - there are no limitations or restrictions. Prior to taking any guest bookings for the season, we will confirm all of your personal and guest use dates.

Book online

Big White Central Reservations' upgraded online booking system allows guests to search all accommodation, view photos and room descriptions, compare pricing, book special deals and more. Our guests are raving about the ease and convenience of booking online, since launching at the end of September, 2023, we have seen a 400% increase in online sales, capturing more bookings for your property.




We are proud to work with Big White property owners to offer quality accommodations, friendly service and great value – attributes highlighted extensively on Big White Ski Resort’s website. Our website gives access to accommodation reservations online and supports digital imaging for superior marketing of every rental property in our portfolio.

Every year, receives visitors from over 200 countries, who view over 10-million pages. All major resort advertisements lead to, from our billboards Canada wide, international and domestic ski shows, digital ads, social media and email campaigns, print advertisements and more.


Recruiting Units


Big White Ski Resort also participates in joint marketing initiatives with Tourism Kelowna, Boundary Country, Destination BC and Destination Canada, ensuring we support the overall region, while also having input into how and where skiing and snowboarding is marketed. In all of those campaigns, has a strong presence.

Big White Central Reservations also has the rights and authorizations to use Big White Ski Resort trademarked terms and phrases within our website and advertising efforts. It should be noted that not all property management organizations have this permission, which drastically limits their marketing capabilities.

Big White Central Reservations works hand in hand with Big White Ski Resort on all sales and marketing efforts, both on and all other joint marketing initiatives.




Return guest

The path of least resistance to securing new bookings is connecting with those who have already stayed with Central Reservations. Our return guest marketing program involves email campaigns that give return guests early options to book (ahead of the general public) which deliver 2x and 3x industry standard opening rates. This may also involve digital ad retargeting at key times throughout the year using display advertising, video advertising, etc. Big White Central Reservations fully understands the importance and value of return guests and due to our high standards and “going the extra mile” customer service commitment, our guest retention rate is second to none.



Listing Management

By having a partnership with multiple Travel Agencies across the world, Big White Central Reservations is able to increase your online visibility and reach more customers for more bookings. Certain markets and guests prefer to book via a travel agency and our partnerships make this easy. We provide training plus resort and unit tours for our Travel Agency partners, putting Big White top of mind when they are assisting their ski customers. Our listings on Trip Advisor and Google Reviews provide future guests with past guests' experiences at the units we represent and all reviews are responded to by our professional and knowledgeable contact centre team.



Access to events

Throughout the winter months, Big White Ski Resort hosts a variety of extremely well-attended events and activities for its guests and residents, from the Para World Cup, to Big Reds, the Big White Rally, International Airline Ski Federation Championships and more. Big White was proud to host the Canadian Olympic Team athlete send off, as well as several major film productions. Event organizers turn to Central Reservations first to secure the accommodation they need. Big White typically steers large events away from holidays and busy periods, which means working with Central Reservations helps you earn rental revenue for more nights of the season.



World Class Facilities

In December 2023 Big White Central Reservations moved into its new flagship facility at 300 Happy Valley Road. This $5.5 million development highlights our commitment to first class guest services and greatly improves the visitor arrival and departure experience. The new building boasts a range of features aimed at elevating the visitor experience, including:
  • Front Desk Lobby: This welcoming space features elegant high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and six efficient check-in stations, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience for guests.
  • Guest Lounge: A relaxed, comfortable lounge area equipped with showers and bathrooms, TVs and free Wifi, ideal for guests skiing or boarding on check-out day.
  • Luggage Storage: Safe and secure luggage storage conveniently by the Guest Lounge.
  • Increased Guest Parking: Designed to facilitate an easy check-in and check-out experience from Happy Valley, allowing guests to commence and conclude their stay with ease and comfort.
  • Electronic Vehicle Charging station funded by the Province of British Columbia through the CleanBC Go Electric Public Charger Program. This initiative includes 100kW 200A rapid charging stations, underscoring the resort's commitment to environmental sustainability.


Guest satisfaction

Our upgraded booking software allows us to capture valuable insight from our guests about various aspects of their stay with us. We use this to make suggestions and improvements for future seasons in order to increase guest satisfaction and revenue to our property owners. Our net promotor score, which measures guest loyalty by looking at their likelihood of recommending central reservations to others is 89 vs the ski resort industry standard of 60 - 48% higher.

With one call, guests can book accommodation, lift tickets, airport transfers and even airline tickets plus a ski school lesson guarantee! Our reservations team is dedicated to planning extraordinary winter holidays with superior service and incomparable value. Our professional and knowledgeable contact centre team prides itself on going the extra mile, providing outstanding customer service, and are all highly trained in explaining the attributes of your property and making the sale.



24 hr bell service

Big White Central Reservations provides around-the-clock check-in and customer care via our 24-hour front desk, so no matter what time a guest arrives, our staff is able to greet them with a friendly smile. Our experienced bellmen work closely with the front desk team to take care of all guest needs. From answering questions to shoveling snow to assisting with luggage, the team provides unparalleled support to ensure guest satisfaction. No other agency offers this level of service.

We also provide security patrol to monitor the buildings we represent from midnight to 8:00am to ensure the safety of our guests and your property.




Our experienced maintenance team is on call 7 days a week, 8am to 7pm during the operating season so that if there are any problems with your unit, Central Reservations will attend to it right away. Our skilled maintenance team minimizes down time so we can maximize your revenue. We are also more than happy to assist you with any potential changes that you might want to have done in your vacation property during the off season and can provide quotes for any potential renovation needs that you would like to discuss. We have skilled tradesmen on staff, and many other bonded contractors that can help with any plumbing, electrical and flooring needs. If we are not able to complete the work ourselves, we can put you in contact with contractors who can. All you need to do is contact Owner Relations to assist you with starting the process.




Management Team

Our Big White Central Reservations team and Big White Ski Resort sales and marketing team meet weekly to discuss occupancy rates and strategies to generate revenue. Our teams work together on sales initiatives, ski and board show participation and offerings, hosting tours of the resort and units for top producing agencies, media and influencers with one main goal of maximizing occupancy and revenue.




Based on the mountain, our housekeeping team has professional training, uniforms and quality equipment. We provide our guests and unit owners with a wide range of in room amenities on arrival and any requested refills while in house, including but not limited to; coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, laundry and dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies such as tin foil and Saran Wrap, at no additional cost.



Commercial laundry

Our on-site commercial laundry ensures your linens are properly sanitized, and large items like duvets and duvet covers are easily washed in the large commercial laundry machines so as not to cause more wear and tear on your personal washer and dryer.

The Owner Relations team is lead by Stevie and Angela , who offer years of experience working with owners and in all areas of Central Reservations. Alex has been with us for nearly 2 years and is gaining more and more knowledge and experience, Lara has recently joined us as a year-round team member, bringing with her a wealth of tourism experience. The team is supported by Nicki Binnendyk, Director of Central Reservations Sales, and Lori Garrett, Director of Central Reservations Operations. Both Lori and Nicki have been with Central Reservations for nearly 25 years, working in all areas from the ground up and are here to assist with a wealth of experience and knowledge.




Owning in Stonebridge for 15 years and skiing BW has been a major highlight in our lives. We have been equally pleased with the management provided by the incredibly friendly and service oriented staff at Central Reservations. When there on vacation, they make us feel as though we're guests in a 5 star hotel and have helped make renting our home much easier than we had ever expected.

Having completed two seasons under your management we would like to let you know how happy we are with the service you are providing. We currently own two properties and both have been under various managing agents since buying them over ten years ago.
