A series of impulses associated with successive Pacific lows crashing into the BC south coast are expected to bring isolated flurries this morning, then snow early this evening through Friday. Light ridge winds today, becoming light-moderate tonight, then moderate tomorrow and finally moderate-strong on Friday. Meanwhile, freezing level up to 1200-1600 m are also expected today/tomorrow and up to 1400-1800 m on Friday.

A ridge of high pressure rebuilds on the weekend with fair and dry conditions expected through Sunday afternoon. Next, an impulse associated with a Pacific low is expected to bring scattered flurries Sunday night. Light ridge winds Saturday increasing to light-moderate Saturday night and finally moderate on Sunday. Meanwhile, freezing levels are expected to rise to 1800-2200 m this weekend.
