Our hand-stretched sourdough crust is crafted from a secret recipe. Made from scratch and served fresh since 1998, it is double-proofed for extra flavor and texture. Earthy, airy, and full of character, the crust is made with Italian flour and has a gentle hint of sweet basil that keeps people coming back year after year.
