Bike Big White - BC Cup
The celebrated BC Cup is a collective of gravity-fueled events forming Canada’s premier downhill mountain bike racing series. Don't miss out on the stop at Big White.
The BC Cup will play out over a series of races throughout the season at BC’s most majestic mountain biking destinations. Racers will have the chance to accumulate points from each race, chasing the opportunity to ultimately be crowned the overall BC Cup winner. Winning the overall BC Cup is no easy feat as BC Cup races attract some of the best riders in the world and are held on exceptionally technical tracks requiring skill, fitness, and mental strength.
Volunteers Needed – Be a part of the behind the scenes action and help make this event a success; front row seat to the action guaranteed as a course marshal. Course marshaling at a downhill bike event is a vital role that puts you at the center of the action. Positioned on the mountainside, you ensure the safety of both riders and spectators. As a course marshal, you're more than just an observer—you're crucial to the race's success. Your responsibilities include signaling to riders, coordinating with the event team, and keeping the course clear. All volunteers receive event t-shirts, lunch and a FREE Bike Park Ticket.
