Q: When can I book activities for the upcoming winter season?
A: We expect to have our activities available to book online in the fall. You can check out what activities we have here.
Q: How do I book activities?
A: Booking activities is easy with online bookings available through the www.bigwhite.com. If you don’t want to book online you can come in to the Activities Desk in the Village Centre Mall once the resort is open and book in person. You can also email or call us to book these activities for you. We only accept credit card payment for online or over the phone bookings. We accept cash at the desk.
Q: How do I report lost property?
A: You can submit an online form via our website, please give as much detail as possible about the lost item. This will help us identify your item easier if/when it is found. You can also visit us at the Activities Desk located in the Village Centre Mall during desk hours.
Q: What events are happening at Big White this winter?
A: Check out our events calendar. This has the most up to date information on all events happening at Big White Ski Resort year-round.
Q: Is Cruz the Blues/Moose Cruz coming back this winter?
A: We will be hosting numerous Moose Cruz events this winter. Dates are yet to be confirmed but will be on the events calendar soon!
Q: Can I book a restaurant reservation through the concierge desk?
A: We do not book dinner reservations for guests. We can certainly recommend restaurants to you and you can book directly with the restaurant.
Q: Can you park in the village?
A: There is no public parking in the village. Free day parking areas are located in Happy Valley, Black Forest and Gem Lake. There is also overnight parking available in Happy Valley. Permits are required. You can make payment and collect your permit from Central Mountain Check-In.
Q: Is there somewhere I can store my belongings while I am out skiing?
A: There are lockers available to rent for the day in Happy Valley Day Lodge, Westridge Day Lodge and in the Village Centre Mall. You will need a $1 coin.
