Village Fireworks: November 30th, 2024
Experience the magic of winter as we kick off the season with the first fireworks display of the year in the village, starting at 7pm. Big Reds: December 6th - 7th, 2024
Don't miss our spectacular Big Reds at Big White Winter Wine Festival weekend. Once again, we are thrilled to partner with the Okanagan Wine Festival and its partner wineries to showcase a diverse array of varietal expressions through the eyes of talented winemakers. This weekend seamlessly blends the thrill of skiing and snowboarding with the best in local Okanagan wines.

Twinkling Trails Light Celebration: December 14th, 2024
Celebrate the season with us at our enchanting Twinkling Trails event. We are excited to introduce you to the newest addition to our Snowshoe Trails this Winter! Join us for the countdown at 5 PM as we illuminate the walking path with a mesmerizing display of holiday lights. Experience the magic of the season as you stroll along the twinkling trail, and enjoy a complimentary cup of hot chocolate at the trailhead to keep you warm and cozy. It’s a festive evening filled with wonder and community spirit—don’t miss this new sparkling holiday tradition!
Santa's Workshop & Story time with Santa: December 18th - 24th, 2024
Step into the magic of Santa’s Workshop this holiday season, where festive fun awaits! Capture special memories with a photo alongside Santa himself, and dive into the holiday spirit by creating Christmas crafts with his cheerful elves. From 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM, join Santa for an enchanting story time, where he’ll read one of our beloved Christmas stories to cap off your day on the slopes. Don’t forget to bring your letter to Santa—post it at our workshop and make sure your wishes reach the North Pole!
Christmas Eve Festival: December 24th, 2024
Join us for a memorable evening of joy, lights and community. The festivities begin at 4:30pm in the Village so bundle up in your warmest jackets, toques and mittens, and spend the early evening wandering through the Christmas booths on display. The festival fun will continue until 7:00pm, ending with our famous Christmas Eve Fireworks display right at 7:00pm. Best viewing is from the Village between The Woods and Stonebridge.

Ski with Santa: December 25th, 2024
After a long journey around the world, Santa’s favourite way to unwind is to hit the slopes at Big White! Join him for a shred from 10:30am and make sure you show him as much Christmas spirit as you can. Whether you like to dress like Santa, wear your most stylish Christmas sweater or rock out as reindeer, Santa loves to see everyone’s Christmas day attire. This is a great opportunity to snap some great Christmas photos to send to your friends and family around the world. Sometimes Santa even has a few candy canes to hand out to good boys and girls.
The Loose Moose Challenge: December 28th - 29th, 2024
Dive into the thrilling Loose Moose Challenge and help us track down the adventurous Loose Moose who’s gone astray! Kick off your quest in the village center with Lucy, who will guide you through a series of exhilarating riddles and clues. Unleash your inner detective and embark on an epic journey to find Loose Moose and solve the mysteries he’s left behind. Get ready for an adventure packed with excitement and fun!
New Years Eve Celebrations: December 31st, 2024
