Did you know women are taking over the Ski Patrol World? Have you ever wanted to find out what it takes to keep us all safe on the mountain?
In celebration of International Women's Day, we invite you to join the Patrol Chics for on snow skill stations to showcase what makes their job the best job in the world! First Aid, knot tying, rope skills and avalanche awareness are just a few skills that will be demonstrated in the 4 hour session including an on-the-job ride along.
This FREE event is aimed at all 10-18 year old's who identify as female, sponsored by Stay Wild Backcountry Skills.
WHAT YOU NEED: a valid lift ticket, your own ski/snowboard gear, and be an intermediate skier/snowboarder; helmets are mandatory.
WHAT YOU GET: The opportunity to experience what it takes to be a Ski Patroller in a supportive and all female environment and a BBQ lunch!
