The Big White Ski & Board School is excited to announce new Adult program offerings, and the return of some old Adult favorites, starting in January! After a couple of challenging years recruiting instructors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ski & Board School is now fully staffed and ready to welcome skiers and snowboarders of all abilities and aspirations for 2023.

In just 10 short days, Big White Ski Resort and the local community raised $32,095.80 for the Central Okanagan Foodbank!

Big White Ski Resort is home to some of the cleanest and freshest water in the entire world, and we need your help to ensure it stays that way!

‘Tis the season of giving, and here at Big White Ski Resort, we’re teaming up with one of our favourite local charities to bring some holiday cheer to those who need it the most.

We’ve decorated the trees and strung up the lights. We’ve written up lists. We’ve checked them twice. And we’ve made sure Canada’s Highest Skating Rink has plenty of ice.

Big White Ski Resort officially opened Thursday morning at 8:45am, with three lifts spinning, giving access to 12 runs.

After a big week of snow, Big White Ski Resort will open for skiing and snowboarding at 8:45am on Thursday, November 17 – seven days before schedule.
